Backorders

We make every effort to ensure that everything listed for sale on the web site is available for immediate
shipment, however some high demand items may sell out before they can be removed from the website. In the
event of a backorder, the buyer will be informed of the estimated time of the backorder and can decide whether
to wait for the backorder, or cancel the order for a full refund. If the backorder is expected to be more than two
weeks, the order may be cancelled and refunded automatically. As with everything we do, communication is
key, and the buyer will be fully informed throughout the process.


Warranty

Most of our LED flashlights are covered by the manufacturer's Warranties.  For products not covered under
their manufacturer warranties, EliteLED offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship
for products we sell. This limited warranty extends for 90 days from the date of purchase - unless stated
otherwise on our website. During the warranty period, EliteLED will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any
product that proves to be defective.  Alteration to, misuse of, or over drive product with improper power source,
voids this warranty and relieve EliteLED of any further obligation to the customer.


Returns

Your satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. You can return the item within 10 days for an
exchange or refund.  Closeout items, LED emitters, Parts, and Batteries are not returnable unless they have
manufacture defects.  All non-defective returns, items must be in their original condition, and are subject to a
15% restocking fee.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the
refund amount.  For all returns, please first contact us by email support@eliteled.com for an RMA number.  No
return will be processed without a valid RMA number.  All returns must be sent within 7 days after the RMA
number is issued. Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.  Please pack the item in its original box with all
the accessories and ship your item prepaid.
